Provide a comprehensive array of Environmental Engineering and Compliance services, including Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) operation and monthly reporting, PRASA permit renewals, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) development and implementation, UIC closeout support, and NPDES monthly sampling with quarterly reporting to EPA Region 2.
Provide multiple environmental engineering consulting services. LRV serves as Bayer’s on‑call environmental engineering consultant, managing all regulatory and compliance matters, onsite remediation activities, soil sampling, UIC renewal and operational permitting, environmental reporting, and negotiations with regulatory agencies.
Trained over 1,000 operators to obtain their WWTP and WTP licenses, provided comprehensive NPDES DMR training, and supplied qualified operators to effectively operate and maintain both water and wastewater treatment plants.
Provided renewable energy training to the Municipality of Juana Díaz and its surrounding community.
Supported the USVI Department of Public Works (DPW) in preparing FEMA project packages for bidding, and provided Project and Construction Management support along with asbestos, lead, and mold inspection services.
